สำนวนภาษาอังกฤษคืออะไร
สำนวนภาษาอังกฤษ (Idiom) คือคำศัพท์หรือประโยคภาษาอังกฤษที่ไม่สามารถแปลตรงตัวได้ เพราะสำนวนสามารถแสดงถึงความหมายอื่นๆ ในภาษาพูดของเจ้าของภาษา คล้ายกันกับสำนวนสุภาษิตไทยที่เราไม่สามารถแปลความหมายตรงๆ ได้ สำนวนภาษาอังกฤษหรือ idiom เป็นส่วนที่ขาดไม่ได้ที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษแต่ละวัน สำนวนภาษาอังกฤษมีโครงสร้างค่อนข้างเรียบง่าย สามารถเป็นกริยาวลีหรือนามวลีได้ อย่างไรก็ตามสำนวนภาษาอังกฤษมีความหมายซับซ้อนและอาจไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับความหมายของแต่ละคำที่ประกอบขึ้น ดังนั้นวิธีเดียวที่จะสามารถจดจำสำนวนภาษาอังกฤษ ก็คือ การเรียนรู้ความหมายทั้งวลีและวิธีการใช้ในกรณีต่างๆ

จะทำให้คำพูดของคุณดีขึ้น เป็นธรรมชาติและ “ใกล้เคียงกับการใช้งานของเจ้าของภาษา” มากขึ้น ดังนั้นคุณจึงสามารถอัปเกรดการพูดของคุณและสร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้ที่ตรวจสอบได้มากขึ้น
